New Notary 101 Workshop
THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR NEW OR RENEWING NOTARIES WHO REQUIRE THE MANDATORY TRAINING AND TEST.
This live webinar or on-site workshop will teach you how to properly execute the responsibilities of an Illinois Notary Public in face-to-face transactions, and will review the process of remote audio-visual and electronic notarizations. This workshop does NOT walk you through a step-by-step RON or electronic notarization. The live webinar is the same as an on-site workshop, except the workshop materials will be mailed to the business location up to 24-48 hours in advance of the virtual workshop.
The live webinars are limited to 20 people per session. In-person workshops are limited to 30 people per session. The webinar will flow as our in-person workshops - no breaks. Discounts are available for workshops where there are at least 10 attendees or more.
This workshops IS for new or renewing notaries required to take the IL state-approved course and test. The session is live and continuous for up to 4 hours.
For Live Webinars:
Required prior to registration - Course and Exam is proctored: you MUST have a desktop/laptop, reliable internet, Zoom access and a working video camera turned on for the entire duration of the course and exam; valid identification must be shown to the instructor via video camera before the start of the webinar. Loss of video connection or deactivation of the camera at any point will result in failure, requiring a retake. It is the participants responsibility to ensure all technical requirements, including computer and software updates, are met before the course starts. Do not use phones or tablets.

Mandatory Workshop
Workshops are in-person, on-site at the place of business. Minimum of 4 staff must be taking the training to qualify for an instructor to be on-site.
Email info@romanendeavors.com if you have 10 or more staff and qualify for a discount.
We are not Electronic Signature Notarization Providers and we do not offer any types of these workshops.
Roman Endeavors Inc will strive to provide resolutions to issues within 48 hours after 1st contact and notification of said issues. In the event cancellation of a training is a direct result of Roman Endeavors Inc that has not been resolved in 48 hours, a refund will be issued to allow consumer to register for an alternate course elsewhere.
EMPLOYERS:
THE DATES BELOW ARE ONLY FOR COMPANIES WHO ARE SCHEDULING A WORKSHOP FOR THEIR STAFF OF 4 OR MORE. For groups of less than four staff, you can always register for an individual webinar or workshop on the INDIVIDUALS page. Depending on the schedule, we may be able to accommodate a group of at least 3 staff.
To reserve a specific date and time, please send an email to info@romanendeavors.com. A minimum deposit will be required to secure your preferred workshop date (to be determined based on class size.) Details will be provided after receiving the emailed reservation. We have some flexibility, so if these dates do not work for you, please reach out with tentative dates and we'll see if we can accommodate your group.
